[Resolved] Medplus India — refund related | |||
I order the medicines and they told that they are not going to deliver to the given address and i asked them to cancel the order on 22-cot-2019. And still the refundhas not happened yet. When i call to the customer care they are saying refund has initiated and it got cancelled. Please let me know when can i expect the refund. The above i have sent on 26th they refunded only 2000 and the remains 1833 rs they are saying unbelievable reasons like no funds in the account and if i call to the customer care they never connect to accounts team and we cont talk to them directly.
