I am to file a complain against Med Plus Madhyamgram Unit West Bengal Kolkata, 700129 that on 16th April 2021 I purchased for Rs 1636 through my debit card but unfortunately it was debited twice for same purchase. The shopkeeper that the amount will be refunded to your account but still I didn't receive the amount. Although 3 months have passed. You are requested to look into the matter urgently and order for refund for Rs 1636 which was deduction twice. Urgently needed.
