My name is Purna Chandra Sardar.I would like to bring this to your notice that on 21 th Aug 2021.I ordered few medicine and your staff erroneously delivered (2no HUMINSULIN 30/70 instead of HUMAN MIXTURED 30/70)

when i noticed to exchange that medicine your store people told that
One OTP send my Mob. No-- [protected] (which was i have provide to prepaire biil) but unfortunately due to some technical error OTP is not received my mobile . I requested that kindly resolve that problem and exchange my medicine.

    Sagar K, one of the employee of Medplus Store in SM ROAD, JALAHALLI CROSS, is a new employee who fought with me for a 5 rupee change and interfered in between a conversation, threatened me. I am severely going to lodge a police complaint against the same if action is not taken.

      By two days my sugar level were increased to 400.i thought some problem in the insuline . i opened the Cartridge from the pen and found the Cartridge was chipped of at bottom and was cracked.while using for two days, insuline has been leaked in the pen itself.i showed it to the Medplus stores where i brought it.i was told it cannot be replaced.As i am your customer from many years, i have not come across like this type. please instruct to replace it .

          Respected sir/Madam,
          My name is chakravarthy.I would like to bring this to your notice that on 4 th july 2021.I took medicine for covid positive from med plus pharmacy.of total medicine I tried to return medicine fabi flu 400 mg two boxes.i went to med plus store 5 to 6 times and staff was not able to resolve the issue
          your store people told that covid medicine cannot be taken back as per company policy.i requested so many times and your staff not able to help me in this regard.i am a very regular customer and was highly disappointed by the act from med plus staff.when i took medicine your staff not even told that covid medicine was not returnable or else not even put a notice with a piece of paper.This is a highly condemnable act and we are losing trust on med plus.i request you to kindly look into this matter and return/exchange the medicine.

            Defective Card Swiping Machine leading to suspicious transactions

            After multiple unsuccessful attempts of card swiping, i had to pay cash for my purchase of Rs.891/- But amount already deducted from my Mother's bank account once and received SMS. When approached the store, staff and supervisor suggested to wait for 24 hours for the reversal. The next day staff returned the money through GPay, after verifying our bank statement. He requested to return it again, if in case there's a reversal from the bank...

            Hi,

            I went to get diabetes and cholesterol tablets for my father on Sunday 10th Aug 2021 and I was convinced to buy Glucipro which they claimed to help with maintaining diabetes levels.

            However after my father consumed it he got severe gastritis and started feeling nauseous and vomited the entire day on Monday.

            I don't need this product and MedPlus has no return policy. Please refund my money, this cost me about 600 Rs and for nothing. When I contacted my family doctor he clearly mentioned that it build gas to reduce your food intake. My father is almost 60, are you all playing with someone's life for marketing? What if something serious had happened? Please just refund my money, I can give this box to you also. Take it back.

                On 30.07.2021, I have purchase a bulk qty of medicine of Rs more than 1000/- to get 20% discount. Now 1pack Medicine was not available that time so we pay advance(Rs 188/- mrp & 150.5 Discounted Pirce) so they make a separate Invoice for that (Due slip). after 2day we get the medicine.
                Now on 05.08.2021 during Doctor visit My Doctor Change that medicine.
                And on 06.08.2021 I went to that Shop to exchange other medicine of same
                MRP Rs188/- . Then they took the medicine and invoice and generate new one ask for 86/- more. They told as some item is deducted from previous Rs 1000/- bill you will not eligible for 20% discount you have to pay 10% for previous bill.
                Now I as them to return back the medicine & invoice they are deny to give neither the Medicine or the separate invoice.
                They told they cannot bring back the medicine as exchange invoice is created & it is showing to our stock.
                I told them the I have already purchase the medicine just came for exchange your change / revise the bill or make a exchange bill.
                They told I cannot do any thing system showing the amount you have to pay.
                After 1hour argument I leave the shop without getting previous medicine & Bill.

                Now my Question is why they are not exchanging the medicine of same amount. They are not mentioning that it cannot be exchange previously.
                If GST return issue for them they cannot give revise return?
                If I purchase a medicine on the last day of the month I cannot return?
                Many customer like us how will they exchange the medicine?

                Kindly Look into the matter

                  The POS transaction for Rs.2390.50 on 26th July'21 which was failed according to the above store keeper was debited to my account. But your account has been credited with the amount which is confirmed by the store telephonically. Today I asked the store to adjust the amount with my purchase of medicine which is declined by them with an explanation that the amount will be credited back to my account. But how long I have to wait for the refund - 11days already waited. Please expedite the refund and give credit to my accout

                      Nanganallur, . second main road shop.

                      Bad languages and arrogant behaviour of sales staff.
                      Giving wrong information about medicine availability.
                      Unnecessary arguments, speaking in other languages (not Tamil) with in the staffs.
                      During bill payment immediately after error message from card machine he is not understand the message and arguing and angrily asking cash for payment.
                      I am decided not to visit

Today open from cover but it's damaged in bottom. I went store Mangadu. Sorry to say this. Very poor response. Then immediately called customer care. Please review my attached and do needful.                               I visited the above store and the salesman behaviour was rude and he was making fun of questions customers asks.Mocking patients.

                              It's not upto medplus standards. I am raising this issue to you if this happens again it can't be tolerated.

                                  At 6.45 pm this evening(19-Jul-2021), I visited medplus Akkayyapalem branch in Visakhapatnam. There were two staff members at the counterpoint of which the lady staff did not wear a mask even after being pointed out of her not wearing a mask. She simply ignored my advise. Further, she has been allowing customers to enter the store without masks. In the prevailing covid situation, this behavior from the counter staff is not appreciated as it is fraught with risk to the concerned staff as well as to the customers visiting the medical store. We request you to kindly initiate disciplinary action against the erring staff member. You can also view from the cctv footage the above. May I look forward for a line in reply as well as the action taken against the staff.
