    Respected sir
    From last six month i continuously purchasing medicine from medplus store . Which located at Nanded Malegaon Road.
    Today i wait almost one and half hour in store but still i dont get medicine, they said wait sir you will get medicine withing 15 minutes . Today i get very bad response from medplus .
    The guy who have to come with medicine from one store to another name is Mr. Naikwade. Kindly improve service.

          We went to buy our medicine at Medplus at Madipakkam, Chennai. We are waiting for a while to buy our medicine but the person who is staff incharge didn't even considered us and letting the person who came after us to buy the medicine.When we raised the question of why you are giving the medicine to the next person the staff replied in a rude and disrespectful way and even told if you dont want here go and buy in other Medplus branches. The staff spoke as if he want to fight with us.

            Without mask alot of people are entering into store and they don't how to have control on their staff and don't you instructed them not to sale the medicines those who enters without mask.. location details given below..

            They have kept face mask available notice at entrance place but they didn't even stick the notice that no entry without mask...

            Why medplus stores guys are not following the covid rules..?

                I bought an oxymeter on 23rd Nov 2020. It stopped working after 5months.

                Gave it to medplus santoshi vihar outlet in laxmisagar, Bhubaneswar on 30th April 2021 for repair. They said it will take 1month time.

                It has been 4months now still i have not received my oxymeter repaired.

                The outlet is playing with me.

                    Dear Sir,

                    Recently I purchased an AFK pulse oximeter(Model YK011) .from MedPlus, Baif Road, Wagholi Pune.
                    Before purchasing it I asked the seller about its quality. The seller assured me it is a good product. I purchased the product only because I trusted MedPlus. And thought MedpPlus ​will not sell me some cheap product.

                    Wanted to replace the oximeter with another brand because of calibration issues and cheap build quality but the seller refused any replacement. The same kind of complaint was raised by some doctor to the seller for him also the seller refused the replacement because of MedPlus policy. When I told me that MedPlus has 15 days return and replacement policy(it is mentioned on their portal). He told me not applicable to this product.

                    This is like cheating the consumer. Now I do not want any replacement. MedPlus, Please take your product back and return my money.

                    After seeing so many complaints on this portal will avoid MedPlus.

                    I regret my decision of purchasing this product from MedPlus instead of online portals like Amazon, Flipkart, TataCliQ, or local shops at least they provide return and replacement policies.

                      Med Plus West Tambaram Branches Mudichur Road went for purchasing medicine on 30th Aug in emergency situation because of that i left out my ATM Cards where asking them for Google Pay for paying money they response not in proper way . Though i have limited amount for that asked tablet for emergency they we cant give cutting tablets .. This is totally unfair as per Govt norms no law said should not give cutting tablets for emergency we asked but unprofessional manner than life they rules is important ? Really not acceptable please look this issue take necessary action this should not happen ask your employee to behave in good manner

                      Your Branch In Siva Shanmugam Road also same issue faced i asked particular table for emergency he said if you buy all medicine in prescription only will give . Already we have that all medicine sufficient need only one alone how can they force me to buy the medicine . In emergency situation will behave like this. How daily wages people survive if you have such rules really unfair .

                      IF THE ACTION IS NOT TAKEN PROPER WAY FOR SURE WILL TAKE THIS TO Health Minister of TN Ma Subramanyam & Consumer Court .

                      Infront of lives no rules & Policy important please understand that educated your employees to show humanity not money oriented way
                      otherwise will file against in consumer court as well

                        Dear Sir I have purchased tablets in medplus sadashivnagar belgaum karnataka i have asked him for dolo and he given in cover so i didnt checked because i trust on medplus but today that person in medplus given Parawyn 650 i came to home and in urgency i took one tablet from that strip but now i saw he given Parawyn 650 and i called him he said all are same contents but i asked for dolo means he should give dolo na this is totally fraud u should close that store and i have all recordes i will give police complaint and il go to court now

                            Due to the negligence and unprofessional nature of your employees who doesn't understand the concern of the customer I'm raising this complaint. I have repetitive issues with regards to the products and medicines delivered by your team. Recently I got nearby expiry date medicines one was expiring in the Oct 2021 and December 2021. My mom was about to consume the medicine and the tablet was spoiled. When reached out to the customer care team the way they talk to the customer is not at all pleasant. Very ignorantly and harshly they talk and same issue with the diapers quality I had repetitive issue with mamy poko pants and Huggies. Enclosing pictures as well. I get a call from the store asking me not to order any products from medplus. The person who spoke to me was asking me to ignore this issue and he was rudely saying that only I have the problem what kind of person is he? My kid is suffering a lot due to which he's having sleepless nights due to the pain in the rashes area. He's just 17 months old.

                                Every month I purchased thousands of ruppes worth medicines at your cmr shopping mall near counter.
                                I had purchased uribid tabs of 15 nos (sheet)
                                Invoice number [protected].
                                Sales person ramya was not mentioned about the discount. Thing is 200 rs rounded the discount will effected. I'm medicine cost is 185/- nearer to 200..they were three persons at your outlet..but no one can speak about discount.i had very bad experience of your Visakhapatnam cmr shopping mall near medplus I requested to ramya plz add 15 rs of extra item adding.she said its not possible .she rejected to take my request.

                                  I am a regular customer of Med Plus.My mobile no is [protected].
                                  Today I.e 23.08.21 I buy medicine amounting to Rs. 1159 after discount. At first I give Rs, 1500. Then the representative asked for another Rs. 60. I thought he give me balance Rs.401 ( 1500+60-1159). As I engage to give Rs.60, the medplus representative asked me another Rs.100 with the say that you give me Rs.1000 and the Rs.60. Although I argue him that I give him Rs 1500 at first. He said he received Rs 1000.

                                  This was happened near 7-25 pm to 7-35pn on 23.08.21.
                                  I am requesting you please review the CC camera during said time, I am thinking that I am cheated by the boy of Rs 500.
                                  Please do it for the sake of valuable customer.

                                    On 21.8.21, at 10.20 am in the morning, I went to medplus to radha nagar main road to return and exchange my medicines ubivitle and gapabin SR 450 mg and wanted to give to different set of medicines. But whe i asked them to exchange my medicines with the new ones and give me back the refused, Sridhar and another person refused and told me to take action if i wanted to and behaved rudely. Due to which i had to go medplus in lakshmi nagar to buy my medicines. So, i would like to take disciplinary action against them and expect them to disciplined and changed to another branch.

                                      On 22nd aug 2021, I have gone to buy medicines for the above store, the medplus executives there very rude towards me. One person took some medicines and left me abruptly when a beautiful girl customer comes and they are very rude in behavior. Pls hire people who are professional. Really it is very hurting rakhi day spoilt. Hence, I am rising a complaint against them. Both not wearing tags and asked to complain wherever you want evening shift
