I am a bonafide customer of medplus for the last 6 yrs. I am purchasing medicine from the shop on delta square-barmunda road. There is one sales girlnamely babita. Her behaviour is not well. Although i am senior citizen, she is always keeping on talking with boy couterparts, laughs and cuts joke with each other. It is not appreciated on a public place like medicine shop. I am a regular customer for now 6 years. I purchase medicines every month through online I give online order to ashok nagar Hyderabad shop. Today I have call 6 to 7 times every time i call the lady says she will call me after 2mins and never calls back. Its been 6-7 calls now no one has taken the order. her name is chinmaye. I think this is the worst experience i had in six years his is a serious behavior issue.
