I am a regular customer, purchasing thousands worth medicines from your Medplus, Kolaghat, Vivekananda Bus stand. I have purchased my Daughter's medicines on dated 15th June for 45 daus in accordance to doctor's prescription and during use it has found some abnormality in a medicines. I had visited the store towards intimating the same but the store person deny to listen anything. I have lost my trust on Medplus. You are requested to please make an arrangement to take back the balance medicines and return the money. I hope, you will take suitable steps at the earliest.
