Address: MedPlus Vijayawada

Pharmacists in MedPlus don't accept big notes like 500rs, 2000rs saying they don't have change. When tried to transfer through gpay/phone pay/Paytm, even the QR machine doesn't work. Many times the billing machine (the printer) doesn't work. Their CRM doesn't work. Many times they note the customers contact details on note pad. Worst service. Why should the customer who visit your pharmacy return without taking any medicine?

    Unable to use Payback point via online

    Hi I am great customer of medplus holding 6000+ payback point every time I visit shop they are adding the point but not opening the mouth for redeeming that point recently I noticed this, in online they don't have option to redeem these points.

    Online and offline both the mode you can't provide redemption then wat is the use of saving this payback point. How to use that.

    No one redeeming in offline too for any...

    Hi Team, ON 9th September 2022 I received seal broken, used & damaged AccuSure Nebulizer-JL so the same day I raised complaint to process return but it is not addressed yet. No update on complaint raised and no proper answer from customer care as well. All they are saying is we are looking into it.
    Your policy says within 24 hrs return will be processed but its not happening.

    I have attached screenshots of product on your portal for complaints.

      I ordered medicines on 6th September 2022 order no. OMHMM[protected], the medicines were supposed to be delivered on 6th September 2022 at my residence. A delivery charge was levied.
      On 6th September a message for medicines delivered was sent, though the medicines were not delievered. When I called up medplus they generated a complaint no. 298169 but didnot take any action. After that I called up the Medplus Ghatkopar outlet they said they had to deliver the order within 2 hrs that's why they have marked it as delivered but they can't deliver on 6th September 2022. They will deliver in 7th September 2022.
      On 7th September 2022 the medicine was still not delivered.
      On 8th September 2022, when I again called up Medplus Ghatkopar outlet, they said they can't deliver, when I told them how on earth they talk like that and asked to connect to the store manager. They said that the store manager is not available and the delivery boy is not well.
      Then I called the medplus helpline again but no action was taken, since I kept on complaining on 8th September 2022 first time I received a call back stating they are trying to get the medicines delivered.
      Kindly note:
      The medicines ordered was for my mother who is a parkinson plus patients.
      Their was extra delivery charges taken to get it delieveredi have spoken to 3 staffs their and each of then were unprofessional didnot understand the difference betwen medicine and other products and felt we can wait lifelong for the product

      Kindly take necessary actions for the same.

          I have taken membership of medplus membership 2days back and booked got an ultrasound I have selected the slot as well however though the slot was booked after arrival at the habsiguda centre they are asking to wait for 1:30hours because of more patients. My father being a diabetic patient who can't wait empty stomach for so long he gets headaches when you are asking people to take membership and when they are joining you treat them in this way.

            My brother is a patient and under treatment of schizophrenia. He often visits the Mediplus pharmacy located behind our house

            Your staff is not behaving properly with my brother, knowing his condition they don't treat him with understanding but they mess up his mind. They confuse him with payment options, they take the payment and they inform him that payment has failed - T2204201127437834295576 is the transaction number. My brother shared the payment confirmation they still refused to listen to him. I verified it with the phonepe vendor and payment has been succesful.

            Secondly, my brother buys Nicogum 4 mg for which has a prescription ready. They don't offer him discounts, they mess his mind further by forcing him to pay more. They ask him questions and as a staff they giggle around him. This is a bad behaviour towards a customer who has been coming to MedPlus since 4+ yrs.

            I found their behaviour very unfair.

            Please, look into this.

              I was go to buy a medicine in medplus shop located in avri naka Wardha.The seller Hukumchand Lakdke emp id:MHN10438 tell me to wait for some time.After 20 min i agin asked him for the medicine he behave very rudely and said i will not give you the medicine and told my to get out of from the shop. The medicine was very urgent at that time so i buy from the another shop. After that i went ther i asked him his name again he behave very very rudely he said do what you want to do and abuse me.This is very shocking for me.I request you please take strict action against him.This kind of behaviour will not be acceptable.

                Regarding damage and poor quality of medicine

                I am a regular customer, purchasing thousands worth medicines from your Medplus, Kolaghat, Vivekananda Bus stand. I have purchased my Daughter's medicines on dated 15th June for 45 daus in accordance to doctor's prescription and during use it has found some abnormality in a medicines. I had visited the store towards intimating the same but the store person deny to listen anything.

                  I was going for an emergency to Medplus medical shop which is located near Vijayanagaram, Medavakkam, Chennai. It was around 11AM and pharmacist was about to close the shop and I have not entered the shop he told me to go away in a very bad manner. Please take necessary actions against him so that he could not do the same for others. For an emergency we are coming and as a pharmacist he should treat us in a good manner or else he should attend us.

                    Hi team,
                    Recently I purchased a Microtek Digital Thermometer from one of your stores. The product was found to be a defective. Although the product says 1 years warranty when trying to return/replace it at your store, the persons at the store is not replacing it and telling we can't do anything, once purchased its not our responsibility.
                    So my question is it the correct behavior? As a customer when purchasing any product with proper bill from your store, is it wrong to expect any service when clearly defective product is being sold at your end.

                      Worst Behaviour by Medplus staff of Radha Nagar Chromepet Branch.
                      They literally laughed at me for asking for essential medicines with an e-prescription.
                      I said the Doctor itself gave a video call consultation but they asked for a hard copy.
                      Are they mental? I told them several times the above.
                      When I called customer care they tried to justify the staff.
                      Please don't even think about buying essential medicines from them, they don't care if you die out of a Heart attack, they will say give hardcopy or let the patient die.

                        I got a message on booking of medicines from MedPlus Store while I am working in office received message "Thanks for buying at MedPlus 043 store on 24/06/2022, 18:46. Invoice [protected] Rs 126.00 If not, pls call [protected] to prevent misuse of your number" from medplus. This not me who brought the medicine from the store, I want to know to whom it was sold and why my personal register number was used at the store, this is aginist the privacy that is to be assured by the company to a customer, very annoying, I want explanation on this issue from the store and company as well, this is very bad maintenance of consumer information. I need the consumer CELL to impose fine for doing such a faulty duty by their store irrespective of the personal T&C between the company and the store.

                          MedPlus branch located near to bhanugudi junction on the lane of military road, beside srinu tiffin center, kakinada

                          Today I have bought a medicine through online transfer (phonepe)
                          And i requested for a return and I want to take another medicine but the way which the staff names prasanna Kumar addressed my query is very rude and my money i left there itself because of that argument

                          And i myself heard a lot of negative feedback on this branch

                            I have been over charged for an product which is clearly mentioned on the item and Medplus charged me 20p more on MRP . Upto my knowledge Medplus charges less on there MRP showing the discount and offers. But i was surprised today for charging more then the printed MRP.

                              Flexora D tab 5 numbers were prescribed. I had approached Vanniar Street, k k nagar west branch of yours. The person only one who was there told to take full strip of 10 tab. When I asked only 5, he told that the tab will not move. I cannot return 5. So u have to take 10 only. The tab which will not move, he was having 30 in stock. Whether he is correct. What the patient will do with more tab.

                                I have purchased medicines from your shop at Bally Ghosghpara, Bally, Howrah, Pin 711227 on[protected] amounting to Rs.10702.50 and the invoice being serial No.[protected] but the invoice provided is absolutely unreadable due to the lack of ink. After talking to the shop, they were unable to provide me with a readable bill. I need this bill so that I can claim it from my office and it is very essential for me to receive this by 15th of May.
