I have purchased medicine throught MedPlus app on 18th Jan 24 which was delivered on 19th Jan 24. My mother got ill on 26th Jan 24 and 2as in ICU till 31St Jan. Now doctor have advised change in medicines. I have called up customer care for this but they refuse to give any exchange citing that 14 working days are over. As per a common customer understand 14 working days does not include Sunday.
Also they are recording my calls without my permission.
Need help in resolving my issue as no one is ready to listen.
What are the legal remedies which I can avail. Kindly guide.

      According, to Drug & Cosmetic Act 1940 and Rules 1945 They are Selling Unethical Drugs & Cosmetics & Surgicals Products Of their own brands Without Having Any Proper Registration Certificates: Form 20 And 21 (See rule 61(2) )
      1.HYDROGEN PEROXIDE 6 % W/V 100ML(Unethical Drug) - Which Cause Severe Damage to the Skin and Body.
      2.CORTORAWYN - And Selling Expiried Products in a New Labled Pack and i submitted my Photo Evidence to Promote Their Own Product with Extra Discounts 40% - 50% Which Cause Severe Health issues to Persons
      3.And Giving Schedule H and Schedule X Medicines Without Licence of Shop and Without Prescription and Not Having a Good Practised Pharmacist in the Medical Shop it Leads to put the People in Danger
      4.Some times the persons in medical Drunk and Giving Medicines to the People. Playing With People Lives to earn money Business Not Having Proper Pharmacists to Giving Medicine, Not Having Good Disciplines to the persons Working in the Pharmacy, Not Having Proper Management of Medplus chain Pharmacy

        Regarding: Ticket number is #1069007

        Hello Team,

        I am writing to bring to your attention a serious concerning issue regarding the recent services provided by Mamata, a representative from Medplus Nallagandla Hyderabad. I had sought specific test services for procalcitonin, but unfortunately, the tests processed were for prolactin instead. This mix-up resulted in a significant delay in my overall recovery, as chances of my infection continued to worsen.

        I kindly request that immediate actions be taken to rectify this situation. I Need a written apology from Mamata, representative of Medplus in Nallagandla as she was rudely replying to me and my family that we need to check it's not her duty and raised her voice .

        Moreover, I would appreciate it if you could expedite the process of refunding Rs.180, which corresponds to the cost of the incorrect test services just to make sure it is not repeated again.

        Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated, as it directly affects others health and well-being. I trust that Medplus values its customers and takes the necessary steps to address and resolve such issues promptly.

          Hi, I bought 1 pairs of glasses in Kompally branch 2 weeks ago from day one it have a problem on both glasses, example when I look at phone screen on top is fine if look at bottom size is different look like cone shape with this problem I visited 3 time s every time keep it for 4 days guy name gopi told me I am sending to work shop but after 4 days same thing I think he never send to work shop last day he is very rash to talking to me (when I placed the order I told him I have to leave to USA in two weeks finally he took the advantage I am going to outoff country) very bad experience with you r company) my USA number [protected] My name Mahipal temporary I gave my India number [protected]please have me a refund 8500 I am going to make my new glasses in USA

            On 21.07.2023 I went to your Medplus outlet at Raghava Nagar, Chennai 600 091 to purchase medicines. I made payment for invoice no. [protected] and [protected] for Rs. 892 & 1554 totalling Rs. 2446.00 through scanner gpay. The same was debited to my account and I received the sms. Your outlet informed that they did not receive payment though I had got my debit sms. I contacted your customer service number and the person flatly said you have to pay once again..!! Since the outlet has not received the amount you contact your bank and arrange for refunds. He also said he will raise a ticket 1010104. The outlet also insisted on payment. Since I was urgently in need of the medicines with no other go, I PAID ONCE AGAIN THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD...!! I called again their customer service and they casually said you have not sent the screen shot of completed transaction. I immediately sent. They raised another ticket number 1011819 & 1013273. Now I have been calling their customer service number and they are just telling your ticket is still open and our accounts section is verifying..!! I don't know why its taking such a long time to just verify their accounts.

                I have bought medicine worth 2075 in MedPlus store. I made payment through UPI paytm app. The payment showing successful in Paytm app but store keeper UPI machine shows transaction failed. I have been following up from few days with customer care. They just create tickets for every call. No response to the emails. Shared UPI reference number to them no update from MedPlus. Don't buy from MedPlus, doing Fraud with people. UPI reference no.[protected]

I quited the job on las year 17/10/2022 because of personal problem .. now on May 25 I gone to head office in Bangalore for clearance they made my clearance but not released my old salary.. the HR of bangalore head office said me to send the mail from manager to the office .. the manager has sent the mail but still now they are lieing u won't get chances of releasing it .. please resolve my current issue and I want to get holded salary return

                    Hi, me and and my family with 3 years below age kids visited for optical checkup, weather is so hot, i asked a water for my kids, they are not provide a glass of water for my kids in the Medi plus eye center, we are waiting up to minimum 30 mints in the eye tested clinic.
                    I have asked a water to Ophthalmologist and medical persons, they are not give us the drinking water.

                    I am asking you, tell me now, This is your service for customer?, at least Drinking water you are not provide us at this summer season for customer

                      Outdated medications are sold via Med Plus. For instance, all refrigerated medicine and vaccines are sold to customers while being stored outside at 40 degrees Celsius. The same issue keeps coming up for me. I've got lots of voice recordings. At the Bhadrak medplus Store, it is taking place.

                        1. You took the order (&payment) for the item which is not in stock
                        2. Sent a (false) message that the item has been shipped to stores, from where i can pick up the item
                        3. When I went to stores for pickup, i was told the item is not available, and they cancelled the order.
                        4. When i contacted customer support, i was told that i order is cancelled because of my fault, that i didn't pick up from store within 2 hours of receiving message (another false update)

                        Your reply is a standard robatic reply. there is no seriousness in it. even after sharing the customer id and orderid, there is no update (UPI ID 12 digits) about the refund even after 4 days are over.

                          I purchased few tablets from Medplus store in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu(store id INTNTJR00008) on 07-March-20203 at 01:26 PM. There are around 5 tablets prescribed for 3 days so the Qty are 6 each. After having 1 tablets each my sister started vomiting and felt very bad. we immediately rushed to the hospital, the doctor suspected that the she could be allergic to the medicines and prescribed some other medicines. so I immediately went to the medplus store at 7:45 PM the same day and requested them to exchange with the new medicines. but they did not exchange saying they could not exchange as it is cut strips. I explained them when I purchased the medicines earlier it was a cut strips because it was 6 only. but they said no to my request and yelled at me to complaint. i called the medplus complaint on[protected] but got the same response. I am complaining here hoping that somebody can consider my request and advise.

                            Online request for home delivery of four medicines was placed on 30 Jan, 2023 Monday at 0:27 am.

                            Two customer order was generated :OTNMM[protected] & OTNMM[protected] for delivery of medicines on Jan. 30, 2023 and Jan. 31, 2023 by executive [protected] and [protected] respectively. The payment mode was cash on delivery.

                            Two medicines (Syp. Dexorange and T. Glycomet GP 2 Mg) for Rs. 609/ was delivered on 30 Jan, 2023.

                            Two medicines (T. Metapro 3D 50 mg and T. Stalix D 10/100 mg) for Rs. 699/- was to be delivered on 31 Jan. 2023.

                            Only T. Stalix was delivered. The delivery executive stated that the medicine was unavailable in the store on that day and would be delivered the next day without fail. He wanted the entire amount of Rs. 699/. So paid it in full.

                            The medicine was not delivered on Feb. 1 neither on Feb. 2, 2023. When enquired, didn't receive a proper response. When checked the status of the request, it is given as delivered. When enquiry was placed to the customer support of Medplus (Ref. 557767), said that the concerned store would contact and it might take two days.

                            My aged diabetic parent has missed four doses of medicine in the past two days. Unable to get a proper response about the delivery of the medicine.

                            Requesting that the medicine is delivered without any further delay preferably in the morning of Feb. 3, 2023 or atleast the latest by the evening of Feb. 3, 2023 so that my parent doesn't miss the third day dose.

                              I wanted to complaint about Nanded Pune med plus shop. I purchased near about 5000 rs medicines from the store. next day we came to know one of the medicine of rs 525 need to returned as it was already available at home.
                              when I reached store for the same for first time they said we can not refund as you need to purchase something and even I wanted buy some other medicine but the cost of the medicine is 325 rs. then I asked them that either give me a credit note or refund for remaining amount. then I suggested him, instead of replace, give me refund and place another order for new medicine. I denied and told he need to talk to store supervisor. then he told me he can not call at this time as its 9 pm. he requested me to come at next day morning I will make all the arrangements and will do the needful. next morning I visited the shop and another supervisor was not aware about this as denied refund and also was not ready to talk to store supervisor.

                              this is happened for the 3rd time. today they give reason that their app does not have support for partial/full refund.

                              can someone help me with the refund ?

                                My registered mobile number is [protected]. I had order a rice cooker and got damaged product. After a long duration as the backend team can not arrange a new cooker I was instructed to return the product to the nearest medplus store and I will get the refund. And they took my account details also. But after returning the product now the back end team is not picking my call. And they are blocking my number. Back end team number is [protected]. When I am calling to the customer care they are telling me oir backend team is working on it. It's been 3, 4 months I am not getting my refund. Please help me.

                                    This is adv. Sunil Bharde from Nagpur. I've visited MedPlus Shop at kanhan dist. Nagpur.. I purchased medicine n pay online i.e. on phone pay. Payment request has been sent by MedPlus on phone pay and accordingly paid the same and I've received a message from Bank that bill amount has been debited and I've shown the same message to the MedPlus owner but he said my system is not showing the same..he held me for more than two hours.. kindly consider this complaint as an statutory notice for harrasment and deficiency of service as well as unfair trade practices. You are hereby called upon to pay RS. 2, 00, 000 lakh towards physical and mental harrasment so also cost caused to a reputed professional lawyer for unlawful restraint by MedPlus.. plz take notice and comply with this notice and act within three days otherwise I'm free to approach before the appropriate court of law to get my grievances redressed.. regards Adv.Sunil Bharde mob.                                       We usually buy our medicines from MedPlus, Adambakam, Chennai - 600088 (next to Jayamangalam store and near GR Hospital and Hot Breads). This morning, me and my wife had an unpleasant experience with the 2 lady staff as they did not even acknowledge or answer to our simple request for 2 Paracetamol strips. We left the store in front of them both, yet they did not bother or care. This is very bad customer service on the part of MedPlus. We have no intention of buying medicines from your store anymore.
