[Resolved] Medplus India — Request for pay back of extra debited amount | |||
I am regular cusomer of medplus for the last so many years. On[protected], I bought medicines for Rs 1723 / attached tax invoice for your ready reference and payment was made through BOI debit card but same amount was debited two times as message received in my registered phone number as below. Immediately I informed the matter to the sales counter employee and he assured me that no need to worry because same amount will be returned back into my account within two days. It is regretted that so far nothing has returned back. please look into the issue and expedite return payment . BOI - Rs 1723 has been Debited to Your Ac XX9601 from POS-MEDPLUS NAGERBAZAR on 05-06-21.Avl Bal 14905.02.
