[Resolved] Medplus India — reward point redeemed by unauthorized person. | |||
Consumer. No. 6390429 My 1600 rewards points were redeemed by unauthorized person having different surname but same first name. The identity proof submitted at the time of redemption was not correct and it was submitted at some other area shop of medplus. Medplus didn't verify the authenticity of the proof and handed over the gift to wrong person and deducted reward point from my account. No solution to the complaint for more than 2 months.
