Medplus India — Service and the rude customer service | |||||
Its a Shame to see the kind of service that Med Plus is providing as I have been customer who is buying medicine from the Med Plus since 2 years. The Med Plus located in Kumara park, Bangalore location is providing pathetic service. One of the person by name answered the call and said that he shall be getting the medicines by today afternoon, but when called at 3:30 PM today, he says he shall get in the evening and disconnected the call. called customer care number on +[protected], agent by name Ms. Afsanna answered the call. When narrated the entire matter, she says we dont give commitment. She disconnects the call and when called back again on +[protected], another agent answers and asked her to hand the call over to Ms.Afsanna. Spoke to her again and asked why the call got disconnected, she says by mistake as she was try to place the call on hold. When asked to her regarding the conference of the call with the Med Plus staff, she says we dont have the option to conference the call.
