Medplus gives vide publicity about giving 15% discount if we book online. But it is not correct in case of our kodandaramapura, bangalore. The staff in the branch intentionally delay the delivery. The behavior is very rood. Complaint to call center is not fruit full. I had made on online order at store on sunday. Yesterday i received sms and went to collect. Staff told as because net was bad asked me to collect my order today. By 1200 they unilateraly canceled the order mentioning delay in collection even though it was not my fault. When contacted the call center they told it was a mistake and asked me to collect the same today. When i went i was told the staff who canceled comes in morning and i need to talk to her or to call center. Even though i told that call center had assured me to pick up the delivery he made me wait for 30 minutes before giving the same pack which had been delivered to him previous day and was kept seperately. Staff in the branch are very arrogent. They need to be cautined or else the name of the company is getting tarnished. I have been buying medicines in the same company for more then six years now and i regret the service quality presently being extended in that particular branch Was this information helpful? | |||||
