[Resolved] MedPlus India — shortage of tablet in the box

On 4th march 2018, i had purchased the following medicine from medplus, 5/5, vellala street, purasaiwakkam, chennai - 600084

Rantac 150mg tab - 10
Vizylac cap - 10
Augmentin duo 625mg tab - 10 (1 box and in box says, 10 tab)
Out of the above, after reaching home, when i had opened the box, i found only 6 tab against 10 tab
I called up the outlet today morning and informed them 3 times and no proper response

MedPlus India - Replace the 13 nefrosave tablets with diabetic medicines which i regularly purchase or take back the tablets and pay back my amount
