[Resolved] Medplus India — Staff not following covid appropriate behavior | |||
At 6.45 pm this evening(19-Jul-2021), I visited medplus Akkayyapalem branch in Visakhapatnam. There were two staff members at the counterpoint of which the lady staff did not wear a mask even after being pointed out of her not wearing a mask. She simply ignored my advise. Further, she has been allowing customers to enter the store without masks. In the prevailing covid situation, this behavior from the counter staff is not appreciated as it is fraught with risk to the concerned staff as well as to the customers visiting the medical store. We request you to kindly initiate disciplinary action against the erring staff member. You can also view from the cctv footage the above.
