[Resolved] Medplus India — Staff rude attitude | |||
The service given by staff ( 2 ladies ) at your outlet 233/1, Choolaimedu High Road, Zakaria colony, Choolaimedu, Chennai - 94, was very rude. They don't listen to customer but keep blaming me. I odered medicine worth Rs. 1500 over mobile yesterday and all medicine except 2 were available. They said will get those after making the payment for it I agreed and went to the outlet this afternoon to make the payment. To my surprise they didn't made note of the 2 medicine that are not available but only kept the madicine that was available. When I asked them why didn't they make note of the medicine as they told while I ordered the medicine not available. They ( one after another ) started argueing raising their voice . When I told them to listen to me what I am trying to say but wouldn't listen and continued the argument. When I told them I will raise up the issue to customer care if they don't listen my point, they replied " don't threaten us by saying that" . They are very rude, stubborn and arrogant. No other customer was there in the outlet at that time except me. So they felt free to argue. The time was 13.15hrs this afternoon. They are not interested in customer service but behalf like staff in ration shop. So low down. I think they have to be warned for such behaviour so that your service is maintained to a satisfactory level. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||
