[Resolved]  Medplus India — this is a complaint against medplus pharmacy - electronic city phase 2 - rationalism/attitude issue

Dear team,
Sorry to comment like this. I am not satisfied in med plus pharmacy service provider from (Electronic city, phase-2, shanthipura main road, bangalore). And also i have never seen and i have experienced so many times not only me, even my friends, neighbors said the same thing.
1. Before providing the franchise, please check those guys are eligible/fit for this job or not.
2. Staffs are don't know how to behave with customers
3. They dont have the basic knowledge of medicine or pharmacy
4. Every time those guys are stick in their mobiles (Watching movies, songs loudly and playing) and most curious things they will give importance to mobiles, while customers are in shop too.
5. Those guys dont know the common language - english.
6. They doing rationalism by asking our mother tongue (After coming to know our mother tongue, they started to speak only in local language and very rudely they behaving with customers).
7. If i order any medicine, they are not willing to take the request (Question: if they not willing to take request, then you they running shop in mid place).
8. They spoiling your brand name - please take a note in high priority.
