Hi I am great customer of medplus holding 6000+ payback point every time I visit shop they are adding the point but not opening the mouth for redeeming that point recently I noticed this, in online they don't have option to redeem these points. Online and offline both the mode you can't provide redemption then wat is the use of saving this payback point. How to use that. No one redeeming in offline too for any of the bill.
