[Resolved] Medplus India — unavailability of product | |||
I had purchased a lumbo sacral belt (Mgrm brand) in xxl size on jan 7th and have been struggling to replace it for the past one month. I have made multiple calls to the customer care helpline and have visited the medplus store on multiple occasions but it has been of no help. All they have done is make me run from pillar to post and call them up numerous times. The customer care back end team keep telling me that the product is available at the store, however on reaching the store, the staff tell me that its not available. The last conversation i had, they had managed to source the xxxl size, however it was from a different brand (Dyna) and hence the size will again be a concern. I am looking for the mgrm brand and am at loss on how to proceed. I am tired of calling and talking to people. Hoping you will be able to resolve my issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
