[Resolved] Medplus India — Unethical behaviour of Ms. Nagalakshmi, sales staff at Sarpavaram Br, Kakapo nada | |||
Today I approached Ms. Nagalakshmi, sales staff @ Sarpavaram Br for Crestor 10 mg tabs- 20 which costs approx RS. 270 for 20 tabs. She refused to sell 20 tabs instead she suggested me purchase another brand medicine which costs just Rs. 100 for tabs of 30. Here I would like to state in case of change of medicine relates to B P or Collestral it is to be changed only at the behest of regular doctor but not the sales staff at counters. Even though I tried to explain this point, she refused to listen forcing me to purchase medicines at opposite medical shop. I am customer of Medplus for 5 yrs. The acts of Ms. Nagalakshmi is against the interest of the Company which deserves through enquiry. D.Sainath Babu Was this information helpful? | |||
