I went to medplus konena agrahara store to purchase medicines. I was asked to open wallet account with minimum RS 3000/. I told him that I stay in kakinada AP state. He made me believe that it can be operated in kakinada also. I paid RS 4000/ and next day I took medicines. Balance lying is around RS 2500/. I am learnt that the scheme is not available in kakinada. I brought to customer care notice long back and my grievance is not redressed. I would like to mention that If it is not redressed in a week I will file case in consumer forum.
