[Resolved] Medplus India — was forced to make the payment twice at a medplus store though the first one was successful | |||
I have had an transaction issue recently when i was trying to make pay an amount of rs.748 by swiping by debit card. The money got deducted from my account, as soon as i swiped my card in the medplus store, but they claimed that they havent received the money and they made me re do it telling that the first transaction was declined and the amount would bounce back to my account very soon, but unfortunately i have not received the money till now and the medplus people (Vontikoppal, mysore) say that i should contact my bank for reimbursement. But the bank people are saying that the money has been credited to medplus account and they cant do anything about it. So please look into this matter immediately and help me in getting my amount back. Since i live in a different city i m not able to visit the medplus store too, so kindly consider this as a complaint and do the needful at the earliest. It is to bring to your knowledge that today I purchased medicine from one of the medicine store of Medplus at yellanahalli, bangalore-560068 and received an expiry medicine and if my complaint is not attended on priority basis then I will take this complaint further .
