[Resolved]  Medplus India — Worst Sales desk Response and Wrongly assured statement

Recently i bought a protein powder from medplus store in villupuram on June 11th. Eventually i asked a normal ensure protein powder. while packaging and billed with ensure diabetic care Pack.

While asking for replacement, they said computer internet problem, we cant get replacement now. so come back after some time.so i place the product on store, i will pick up while on pass on some other time through this way.

almost nearly 24 hours crossed, i went to store .what about the product. At that time only searching the replacement product which i was given and it can't be replaced.itz your mistake like that told.you have been to careful while billing and packaging. some how another sales desk person involved check that product on store it is out of stock nearby no other store has 2kg stock now.so you have to purchase some other thing other than that. Nearly money is Rs.2800. For that what should i buy in medical shop for properly getting on 15 days basis on protein powder from that store.sudden change of new employees causing irresponsibleness. befor e that one sales person name is samad . He is properly managing the co workers and deliver the product as said time manner.foe that sake loved medplus and continously choosing medplus store in vpm.

anyhow somehow we cant take replace now, you have to take a product if the product arrives, you can replace like that. it can be taken upto a week or 15days there is no stock nearby..you cant replace the single kg only by conevertinh to 400gm *2.remaining will collect if product arrives on store. we cant bill for particular thing.we will return wholey and buy at the full amount only is a choice like that. argument starts almost 24hrs you cant inform about the stock status, if you convey on yesterday itself i will buy some other place itself like that. There is lady sales person on desk...cant hear the word, simply doesnt bother about the product we sold, it upto to you in a attitude manner like that .. some how another small age girl intefered and calm me down. replace the product with 400gm * 4. like that billed nearly loss factor for me for buying like that. Any how choosed, but store has 2*400g now, taken that now.balance will take after while passing this store. i went at almost 8PM, i produce the bill and asked the product. Sift person changed and come back on tommorow like that wise replied. i shown up the bill and asked, he doesnt bother up, juz come bck tommorow.we are not responsible, that shift person you can ask like that . i asked to give a call and confirm it. He replied we cant give the call to the person.come back tommorow.. At that medplus totally lost his respect from my side. again i cameback that is today, sir product didn, t came yet .we will deliver like that delaying. almost 72hrs respnsivenss is worst and arrogance reply by both the shift persons.
