Medplus India — wrong patient name on the bill

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600078

I have been purchasing medicines regularly (Every month) from medplus for my spouse. Customer id is 39050408. The patient name has been printed wrongly for the month of june & july.

When i requested for correction, they said they wont be able to do it. They have not asked me for the patient name & i was under the impression that i would get my name on the bill as i got my mobile registered.

I will need these bills to be corrected as i need to avail tax benefit and furnish the same with the right name

I would also request for the bills for the month of April, May June of this financial year with the right name. Thanks in anticipation
