Medplus India — wrong patient name on the bill | |||
I have been purchasing medicines regularly (Every month) from medplus for my spouse. Customer id is 39050408. The patient name has been printed wrongly for the month of june & july. When i requested for correction, they said they wont be able to do it. They have not asked me for the patient name & i was under the impression that i would get my name on the bill as i got my mobile registered. I will need these bills to be corrected as i need to avail tax benefit and furnish the same with the right name Was this information helpful? | |||

This is for your kind information i am m v srinivas rao working as bank manager at vizag i want to lodge complaint regarding behaviour of the employee is not good and worst receiving towards customer at prahladapuram branch near sai baba temple visakhapatnam-530027
