Hi, i purchased one product (Laktrum powder) from medplus store at no.88, 14th main rd, sector 4, hsr layout, bengaluru, karnataka 560102. But when i opened the box, the seal of the box was tempered and then i contacted the store for replacement. But the store person told it is not possible. Please help me. For your kind information, the product is for my kid and we have not used it as well. Store person does not believe it, do you think i will give the product to my kid which is exposed. If anything goes wrong with my kid who is responsible.

    when do you guys intend to resolve this ? The excerpt from the previous post is as follows :-

    Store name : medplus amruthahalli
    Address : no.136/6, amruthahalli main road, sahakaranagar post, opp sbi, bengaluru-560092

    This is regarding the careless and rude behavior of the representative at the counter of the aforementioned medplus store. Please reach out to me for the retail invoice (Please corroborate the details i am mentioning below.)

    My mother purchased some medicines, there were 3 issues from the shop attendant:-
    1.in the invoice ending 25043 - the item with serial number 4 (Oxalgin nano 50gm gel) is erraneously billed.

    2.in the invoice ending 24930 - the items serial numbers 3, 5 and 7 (Glycome t sr 500mg tab, primolut n tab and glycome t sr 500mg tab) were erraneously billed.

    3. They have not mentioned the doctor's name in bill ending 25043 and neither customer's nor doctor's name in the bill ending 24930.

    When asked regarding the same, the person at the counter was in denial and refused to give a new bill with the corrections and the return the amount in excess (Amounting to a total of rupees 278.79).

    My mother is a salaried employee with an obligation to present her bills to claim the medical benefits in time. I request you to expedite the process of helping me in this regard. Since we are regular customers of medplus, if the amount is redeemable, even that is fine. I would also like to see you give a stern warning to the shop attendant/keeper since this is a black dot on the image of your medical company.

      I have ordered medicine and made the payment online through mobikwik. The customer care of med plus called me and told that we need to cancel the order as the medicine name is little different than prescription and cancelled.
      But they didnt refund my money back. Everytime i called, one customer care executive pick up the phone and told we need to check with account department and you will get your money within 5 working days. But that never happen.
      It is a cheatfund organization. Please be careful.

        I would like to inform the behaviour of the staffs
        .. Mr debu and another new recruit in the shop ba/59, prafulla kanan kolkata 101 is becoming intolerant as they pass personal comments on a basis as if they are the owner not the employees over there... Even you ask for an envelope for medicines. Even the other new recruit challenged doctor's prescription for which the doctor will take action. Please take action so that they improve their behavior or else it is worst waiting for them

        This is regarding to careless and misbehavior of the representative in medplus store Trichy ( State bank colony branch ) . The medicine delivery service was very poor and irresponsible to the customer.
        I have purchased a rite check flu test meter medplus at chintal that was not working we exchanged today I got new one n faced same kind of problem finally we understood what u have sold genuine products I never recommend to anyone

        Pathetic situation.

          The guys r totally incompetent n even unaware of the composition. They always provide alternative medicine but not the one which public asks for as per doc prescription. For that reason got hospitalised also as the patient was sulphur, magnesium exepted. Bt they had given the other medicine although customer warned. Take necessary action or i will compllain to aiims also. The branch is located at mg road, thakur pukur, kolkata, west bengal 700063

            In these two show guys who are working around 10 pm are very very waste guys. Theses guys do not know the value of customer. They are making customer to wait and they are doing their job and coming to customer.
            dear sir,

            Myself Shrikant Agashe, cust id: 8557449 and old customer would like to bring to your notice :
            Please refer my cash memo no.[protected] dated 23.11.2018 of your Nigdi shop.
            In memo they charged for xmet trio 55mg rs.93.60 but while giving the medicines they given me the strip which indicates price of Rs.75/- hence charged rs.18/- excess per strip. Normally I don't check being a reputed co. but the items were less I just cheked with cash memo it was not tallied and shown to staff. Then he told me this is old stock etc. But insisted for the strips of rs.75/- then he is told this medicines are not in stack etc. I was unhappy but he argued with me even the madam who was working with him.

            I request to enquire in to the matter and arrange to refund the amount at the earliest.

            I will be away for 10 days and expected to come back on 6th. Till then I expect to conduct the through enquiry and corrective steps. Please note that I am a Sr. Citizen with old customer. Management will give justice to me.

              Sir, i am a regullar costomer of medplus. I booked one order for my mother in law on 9 th oct 18. On my registered mob no [protected] from orakol branch, bhubaneswar odisha. When i collect medicine by the time i told the name of patient sales man taken out comp bill on my name. As it was a claiming bill of ppt paradeep hospital. When i told them to cancell and give fress bill they manually ammended and put stamp on that which is not accepted by claimant section. They are not giving fress comp bill on patients name. Kindly help me. Can i get a fresh comp bill or not? Waiting for your responce thanking you.

                I purchased medicines (Aug 15, 2018) from medplus and paid via phonepe app. Payment got successful (Money got deducted) but the shop owner (Avadi medplus) refused to give medicines stating that bill was not generated in the system.
                I have raised a ticket to medplus but still i didnt get my refunt amount from medplus.

                  Purchased medicines in medplus worth rs 500 plus and given debt card and seen that some kind of receipt little bit came out from the machine seen that no sufficient paper in that and messege came on my registered mobile no that the amount has debited from my account after couple of days medplus outler p& colony dilsukhnagar hyderabad 500060 branch asking me to pay amount after 7 to 10 days i went to bank and enquired that whether amount has been credited to my ac or not but bank officer says not and i have taken written letter stating that my amount is not credited and the said letter submitted in the outlet and told them whenever my visit to bank once again will verify. Bec of bussy in job unable to go to bank and today evening hours one person called on to my mob no [protected] and spoken adamant manner and threatened me i will be paying or not bec of these development i stooped purcasing medicine and shifted to appollo outlet where the service is good and service is good even though i purchased 70000 plus medicines from medplus even they have not shows min respect

                    Home delivery not being done even though I am a loyal customer to medplus for the past 2years and purchasing more than 1000/- for every visit at Medplus, Gurudwara branch, Visakhapatnam . They are being rude to the customer and saying they are not the concerned and another guy saying it's not mandatory for them and he doesn't have the petrol for his bike. My house is located backside of the Medplus store and he is giving some vague answers that he was only present in the store. When I reached there after half an hour there were 2 persons and the third one was roaming outside.

                      Today i have purchased medicines from your urapakkam madras branch no.in tn mas-00305 through bill no.[protected] dated 02.10.2018. Myself felt very hurt that after my purchase one sales girl started billing my medicines, she completed two out of four medicines, at that time another sales girl interfered my billing and started acknowledging the supplier through system, for which what is the harm in to complete my bill which is already in process, for which the sales girl asked me why don't you go to other pharmacy if you are so urgent. Immediately, i seek sorry and informed the sales girl, henceforth i will not come to you.

                      This is not a complainant, just i wish to share my feeling about medplus (Customer of more than 9 years)

                          I went to one of your store in madhapur hyderabad and purchased some tablets from prescription i got expired tablets all 3 strips which contains 30 tablets.

                          Is this how customers cheated, all purchase these things on trust but if this is something which is being ruled i will be filing in to a consumer court.

                            Hai this is madhu my phone no:[protected].3 days back i buy a two kiddos 150ml feeding bottles at our store (Ntr circle branch, vijayawada) just using of one day whatever indications and logo on bottles were disappeared. And i thought those are duplicate products it’s really bad thing to your valuable customers. Last month i buy another company feeding bottles upto now those are in good condition and another thing they are not providing any bill from past 3days. And they said to me it was software updating time upto 3rd october so billing systems were not working and it was not a matter how much i spent. It’s a issue about product quality

                              We purchased montec l medicine from med plus bellandur, they have not given bill for the medicine and when going for exchange with cough syrup, the shopkeeper acting very rude and unprofessional behavior plus they are not ready to give bill either when asked for earlier, they even argued like have done some favor, this incident happened at medplus bellandur in front of village supermarket.

                                Your medicine stores located in teghoria near lokenath mandir
                                Is not taking orders for medicines on telephone.
                                They asked me to visit the shop and place the order personally.
                                I went to the shop on 27.09.2018 and handed over the list to
                                One sri bagdi, the shop attendant.
                                I requested him to make home delivery of the medicines. But he said
                                It would not be possible to make delivery. On my insistence that
                                Your company has assured home delivery would be made he dared
                                Me that i should deal with the company directly and get the medicines
                                Directly from them.
                                Thereafter, he returned the list to me and refused to take the order inspite
                                Of repeated request.
                                It is a serious matter and a pitiable situation which need to be addressed.

                                  I have purchased one scalpe shampoo the shopkeeper said the rate was rs.320 but after the bill i came to know that the rate was meant to be rs.230 but he only gave me rs.20 as balance, but i'm still missing a rs.100, i questioned him for the remaining balance but he bargained with me and never gave the balance. I requested you to please refund my money of rs.100 back.

                                      I placed orders on 15th sep 2018 by evening. I was asked to register them in a note book ledger which i did with my contact numbers.

                                      Normally i used to receive a confirmation of order through sms but nothing came till 18th sep 2018. When i contacted the shop, sales person who attended the call responded recklessly.

                                      Is it the way you treat your customer? I request your explanation.

                                      If you treat heart patients like this, how can we depend on you?

                                        Paying upfront and online is a mistake with medplus. They get your money and cancel the order. You get a notification that the money gets refunded in 5 working days but they keep it to themselves.
                                        It’s a little long read but it’s our experience, effort, patience, regularity and disappointment written down.
                                        We ordered our regular medicines online for rs.4564.32 order no rkamm[protected], on 9-july-2018. They cancelled the order next day saying the prescription has expired. We were given prescription for medicines that is to be taken for next 3 years until it’s told to reduce or stop. They say we will have to raise a new order upon receipt of new prescription and the current order is cancelled. The money will refund to the account in 5 working days.
                                        We approached doctor to provide new prescription and nothing changed in the medicines. When we ordered the second time, it was for rs.5486.64, order no rkamm[protected], on 17-july-2018. They now cancel the order again stating that we can order only one month supply and not 45 days’ worth supply. Well, their app allows you to add more than 30 tablets but when the receive order and money, they cancel. We are to make a fresh order again and the present order is cancelled. Money will refund in 5 working days.
                                        It was already 17th and my first order refund did not happen yet. When asked, you get response that the refund is initiated and will take 5 working days.
                                        One week later my wife calls up the call center to enquire about the refund. Now that two orders are cancelled and they have rs.10050 of my money with them. The poor call center person can only say the refund is initiated and will take 5 working days.
                                        Another week goes by and no refund. Call again and now the call center person says they’ve written email to account department and the refund will happen.
                                        Upon continuous call, on 2-august-2018, we got the refund of the first order, close to a month after for rs.4564.32. Now the second order is still under processing. And guess what, you are given same answer “it will take 5 working days to reflect in account”.
                                        Now my wife makes sure she calls every week and enquire about the order refund and we either get response that they have written to account’s department or the usual dialog.
                                        It’s been around 55 days. No sign of my money and no response. I took the first step to write over social media when they stopped picking the calls or put you on hold for eternity. I now agree that choosing medplus over all other options is a mistake, paying them upfront trusting the service is another, patiently reminding for the refund is the biggest. I hope i’m the only one who’s money is cheated by them. I wish no one else joins this wagon of refund request. Rs.5000 can be a huge amount for many people, esp when requesting lifesaving medicines beforehand.
                                        I’m now left with no other options to take social media route to reach the concern person to return my money for service that was never rendered/or product that was never provided. I’m sure i wont get any interest for the money that was withheld for nearly two months. I guess the next step is to write and circulate in whatsapp with screenclips, until it reached the right guy for refund.
