I have more than enough points required for providing 28" trolly as ordered by me which was acknowledged and noted by the concerned people and promised to deliver 1st week of september but not delivered till date. It appears the company is attracting the senior citizens like me who purchases medicines regularly on monthly basis for their life long medicines. I am forced to switch over to discount, as the counter personnel do not have any idea about it. I am planning to switch over to others like apollo etc.,

    Hi,

    I went to one of your store in madhapur hyderabad and purchased some tablets from prescription i got expired tablets all 3 strips which contains 30 tablets.

    Is this how customers cheated, all purchase these things on trust but if this is something which is being ruled i will be filing in to a consumer court.

      Hai this is madhu my phone no:[protected].3 days back i buy a two kiddos 150ml feeding bottles at our store (Ntr circle branch, vijayawada) just using of one day whatever indications and logo on bottles were disappeared. And i thought those are duplicate products it’s really bad thing to your valuable customers. Last month i buy another company feeding bottles upto now those are in good condition and another thing they are not providing any bill from past 3days. And they said to me it was software updating time upto 3rd october so billing systems were not working and it was not a matter how much i spent. It’s a issue about product quality

        We purchased montec l medicine from med plus bellandur, they have not given bill for the medicine and when going for exchange with cough syrup, the shopkeeper acting very rude and unprofessional behavior plus they are not ready to give bill either when asked for earlier, they even argued like have done some favor, this incident happened at medplus bellandur in front of village supermarket.

          Your medicine stores located in teghoria near lokenath mandir
          Is not taking orders for medicines on telephone.
          They asked me to visit the shop and place the order personally.
          I went to the shop on 27.09.2018 and handed over the list to
          One sri bagdi, the shop attendant.
          I requested him to make home delivery of the medicines. But he said
          It would not be possible to make delivery. On my insistence that
          Your company has assured home delivery would be made he dared
          Me that i should deal with the company directly and get the medicines
          Directly from them.
          Thereafter, he returned the list to me and refused to take the order inspite
          Of repeated request.
          It is a serious matter and a pitiable situation which need to be addressed.

            I have purchased one scalpe shampoo the shopkeeper said the rate was rs.320 but after the bill i came to know that the rate was meant to be rs.230 but he only gave me rs.20 as balance, but i'm still missing a rs.100, i questioned him for the remaining balance but he bargained with me and never gave the balance. I requested you to please refund my money of rs.100 back.

              Has no proper in charge person and treating customer very badly when went to shop to collect the medicine asking me to collect the medicine saying its ready and then wen i went saying its not ready and giving partly medicine saying not available. One mr pugal is fighting in the telephone
              Asking us to wait in the house and not delivering are the most worst service done and insult.

                I am residing at saligramam. I used to buy heart tablets from nearby medplus stores and the address is given below:

                I placed orders on 15th sep 2018 by evening. I was asked to register them in a note book ledger which i did with my contact numbers.

                Normally i used to receive a confirmation of order through sms but nothing came till 18th sep 2018. When i contacted the shop, sales person who attended the call responded recklessly.

                Is it the way you treat your customer? I request your explanation.

                If you treat heart patients like this, how can we depend on you?

                  Paying upfront and online is a mistake with medplus. They get your money and cancel the order. You get a notification that the money gets refunded in 5 working days but they keep it to themselves.
                  It’s a little long read but it’s our experience, effort, patience, regularity and disappointment written down.
                  We ordered our regular medicines online for rs.4564.32 order no rkamm[protected], on 9-july-2018. They cancelled the order next day saying the prescription has expired. We were given prescription for medicines that is to be taken for next 3 years until it’s told to reduce or stop. They say we will have to raise a new order upon receipt of new prescription and the current order is cancelled. The money will refund to the account in 5 working days.
                  We approached doctor to provide new prescription and nothing changed in the medicines. When we ordered the second time, it was for rs.5486.64, order no rkamm[protected], on 17-july-2018. They now cancel the order again stating that we can order only one month supply and not 45 days’ worth supply. Well, their app allows you to add more than 30 tablets but when the receive order and money, they cancel. We are to make a fresh order again and the present order is cancelled. Money will refund in 5 working days.
                  It was already 17th and my first order refund did not happen yet. When asked, you get response that the refund is initiated and will take 5 working days.
                  One week later my wife calls up the call center to enquire about the refund. Now that two orders are cancelled and they have rs.10050 of my money with them. The poor call center person can only say the refund is initiated and will take 5 working days.
                  Another week goes by and no refund. Call again and now the call center person says they’ve written email to account department and the refund will happen.
                  Upon continuous call, on 2-august-2018, we got the refund of the first order, close to a month after for rs.4564.32. Now the second order is still under processing. And guess what, you are given same answer “it will take 5 working days to reflect in account”.
                  Now my wife makes sure she calls every week and enquire about the order refund and we either get response that they have written to account’s department or the usual dialog.
                  It’s been around 55 days. No sign of my money and no response. I took the first step to write over social media when they stopped picking the calls or put you on hold for eternity. I now agree that choosing medplus over all other options is a mistake, paying them upfront trusting the service is another, patiently reminding for the refund is the biggest. I hope i’m the only one who’s money is cheated by them. I wish no one else joins this wagon of refund request. Rs.5000 can be a huge amount for many people, esp when requesting lifesaving medicines beforehand.
                  I’m now left with no other options to take social media route to reach the concern person to return my money for service that was never rendered/or product that was never provided. I’m sure i wont get any interest for the money that was withheld for nearly two months. I guess the next step is to write and circulate in whatsapp with screenclips, until it reached the right guy for refund.

                    wrong patient name on the bill

                    I have been purchasing medicines regularly (Every month) from medplus for my spouse. Customer id is 39050408. The patient name has been printed wrongly for the month of june & july.

                    When i requested for correction, they said they wont be able to do it. They have not asked me for the patient name & i was under the impression that i would get my name on the bill as i got my mobile registered.

                    I will need these...

                    When the needed medicine is not available, they gave another medicine without asking. They are not giving medicine as per priscription, also they didn't provide the side required according to doctor.
                    Even if it's their mistake, they does not accept it and instead they give irresponsible reasons.
                    And when the patient was serious they said to come to shop and take ur correct medicine and go.

                      I have purchased the medicine in sathasivam nagar, chennai medplus.
                      They have debited the amount two time. First time it is unsuccesful and second time it is succesful. But they debited two times. I have lodged the complaint to the medplus customer care.

                      But they are responded back more than 25 days been taken. No response from them.

                      I have mailed to the customer support more than 3 times. But they are telling give me 48 hours or 24 hours but not responded back

                          I bought some medicines from medplus india at ramamurthi nagar, tc palya road outlet for the amount of rs.1027 on 3rd september 2018. I was making payment using phonepe. The person in the counter named some yukesh sent me payment requests to my phonepe account thrice i. E rs.922.50, rs. 997 and rs.1027 and he asked me to cancel first two requests. I cancelled first two payment requests. But still my sbi account is debited thrice for above said amounts. Regarding this i had raised two complaints with medplus i. E complaint no. Tck[protected] & tck[protected] on 3rd september 2018. Out of these two complaints, they have closed themselves the complaint no. Tck[protected] on 5th september 2018. Out of above three transactions, i have got refunded for rs.997 by phonepe, but other amount of rs.922.50 (Rs.822.50 debited from sbi account and rs. 100 from my phonepe account) is not yet refunded. And they are least bothered even to reply and resolve my problem and refund the amount of rs. 922.50.

                            When i went for eye test, it was mentioned that i have power to my left eye and same is mentioned in the bill. So i have taken specs for the same. When i did a re checkup, in some other opticals as well as medplus after 2 weeks, to my surprise everyone said there is no power to my left eye as well to the specs that they have given. They charged 3400 rupees for my spectacles.

                              This is about medplus - padmanabhanagar, they will not respond properly, the staff working there do not have the knowledge of medicines properly. They don't have the manners to treat the customers properly.
                              The most worst thing is customer care people also did not respond properly, not only in one branch, all most in 2 branches of medplus i have observed the same problem.
                              How will we get the solution then?

                                We have asked for clodid bagad-spettrum antifungal antivactarial powder. But has given forcefully candid powder, they are saying thay cannnot refund money we need to purchase somother medicine of that amout.                                   I am a regular customer at medplus pallavaram branch at bajar street pallavaram, chennai - 600043. Today 06.09.2018 at about 7.00pm I went to medplus at pallavaram. The employees, young boys and girls did not bother to listen to the demands of the customers. They indulge in chit-chats and making funs among themselves.Atlast they paid attetion to my demands. I bought Glynase mf and sensodyne gel . They gave me bill for and i paid money Rs.230 . After receiving money the girl in the cash counter return Rs.100 saying that it is dirty and old and refuse to give the medicine . The note was alright . She demanded a new note. My pleading fell on a deaf ears. The way your employees - young boys and girls behaved hurt me deeply . These young boys and girls never bother to take care of the customers and always behaved childish. I fear if you do not take necessary action against them they will damage your firms reputation and land on loss of business.                                     I sabita acharya bhaduri medplus id:40299552 new user registered on 03/09/2018. Today i placed an order for the first time online while the offer was given 25%. I received a coupon mplus25 and entered it while submitting my order. I paid the total money but receive 20% discount instead of 25%. Could you please explain the point. I am a senior citizen.

                                      I have placed an order on the Porur Medplus shop(near karambakkam busstop). I got a message that it's ready for pickup. Mr. Saravanan in the store replied irresponsibly and in a harsh way that there was no order placed checking his database. I showed my authenticated order no. and message from medplus to help me as I needed that medicine inmediately for the patient. But his responsible was not explainable which hurt me. I hope the management should teach some behaviour towards client.
