[Resolved]  Medplus, Vadapalani — Injection sold without seal

I recently visited Medplus Pharmacy to buy a injection Victoza which is used for Diabetes patient. When the shop guy gave me the injection it was not sealed. When asked about it, he is casually responding that just an injection only and you can put it. When I argued him he is just telling to get out of the shop.
