My name is jalpa shah. Employee of indian overseas bank Card no.: [protected]z Patient name: kaivan shah (Dependent) Date of admission: 10/11/2018 Date of discharge: 13/11/2018 Disease: acute laryngo tracheo bronchitis (Hyper throat infaction) I had submitted the documents on 21/11/2018 And resubmitted the same on 18/12/2018 as original document are missing at their end. Till date claims not reimbursed. Whenever i call them, they tell after 2 days it will be settled. I talked to mr. Georgefelix, ms kavita, ms monika, mr bhaskaran,, they all are not responding well and no co-operation from the company, Due to this people i suffered financially as well mentally.
