Meenakshi Travels — Bus pair not refund

Please find the attached file of my travelling ticket on 25th april 2016 hospet to punea on 25th april 2016 i have book my travel ticket throw paytm seat no u10 ticket pnr 275387 pair 1099 so on that day i have pay to money through paytm but on that day journey bus was canceled so i arrange another bus but i did not received the my travel amount.
Last time i have on 06 may 2016 mail to paytm but no response & i called to meenakshi travels so many times but no one give proper response today i called to meenakshi travels bellary branch office one person speek not properly person name is sagar he is talk with me irr responsibility and he told to me what ever you do ill not give money back to u. Please tell me sir what i do still 38days on gone ill not received my money please help in this case other wise ill go to legally
