Meenakshi Travels — fraud by meenakshi travels

I was about to go home on 6july and there was only one train available on 7 july for bihar from banglore so i searched bus from goibibo and found meenakshi travels bus which was suitable for me to catch train from banglore so i booked it on 4th july and confirmation of tickets as well as payment receipt came in the form of e-tickets pdf from goibibo and i was very happy to know that my ticket has been confirmed for banglore and i was sure that i can catch my booked train for bihar easily.
On 6th july my bus timing was 9.45pm and at 7:45 pm message came that i should be on stop at 9:30 pm but i reached there at 8:30pm and was waiting for the bus.
After 9:45 pm bus didn't came as well as call didn't came from the meenakshi travels regarding bus but i still waited for 1 hrs.
And after 10:45 pm still bus didn't came and i tried to call helpline no. Of meenakshi travels but no response came from them and after 11:00 pm still bus didn't came and no response came from meenakshi travels.
And because of this i was not able to catch my booked train from banglore. And lost my hard earned money in both bus as well as train. I'm very heartbroken as my parents was waiting there for me and i couldn't reach there because of this fraud issue from meenakshi travels. Plz try to return my money as soon as possible and very strict action should be taken against them as i am from middle class and cannot lose my hard earned money here... Plz help me asap.
