Meenakshi Travels — Unable to attend exam (13, 000 rs non-refundable fee) due to irresponsibility of travels

I booked a ticket from Toranagallu to Pune on[protected] in Meenakshi travels through redbus app pnr no. TS-RB24641201HSX/263405/AC.The bus was scheduled at 6pm at toranagallu to 5:30 am next day to Pune.But the bus arrived in Pune at 11am which is 5.30 hrs late.The bus was in very bad condition and could only make maximum speed of 50 km/hr.When asked to the bus operator, they gave very irresponsible answers. Due to the delay
1. I could not make for the test which was scheduled at 9:30 am.
2. I lost 13, 000 rs of non-refundable exam fee.
3. I lost my time.
This is a very serious issue. Many employees and students will have their schedules disturbed. I request to take immediate action on the above travels.
