I ordered an oil from meesho and i got a wrong product the product was not as seen in picture and i got that product but now i want to return it but in my meesho app the delivering tracker isn't updated that's why it doesn't showing the product is delivered by this problem i am not able to return my product i ordered which is oil and it's been 10 days and i complaint like 6 to 7 times but the helper in customer care always says wait for 48 hours the your problem will get fixed but my problem isn't fixing and i just want my product to return and i want my money back which was 880 rupees and today i maded a last call they told me we already sent u a link in which you have to sent the picture of recieved product with bill but i tried to search the link and there is no link i told them about this they said we sent u another link after sometime but they haven't sent me and it's been 7 to 8 hours i just want my money back and want to return this product please take action on this as soon as possible Was this information helpful? |
