Meesho doesnt seem to PICK UP the item I raised a return request for!!
I raised a return request for order[protected] on the 9th March and your delivery person called me and I missed the call. I called him back immediately within 10 mins and he declined to pick up my return order.
I spoke to multiple people in customer care but nobody has been helpful. They only kept giving me reasons and asked me to wait for 3-4 days. I don't see any update on the APP either, It simply shows out for pickup and the date is from 9th March and we are already 13th today.
The customer care simply requests for an email ID which I shared and later they promise that I will receive an email regarding the complaint raised, but I receive nothing.
All I am asking is to raise another pickup request from their end so I can get my money back.
The tracking number status for Ecom express delivery is closed.
The app says the order will be picked by 14th but it is not reflecting on the app, it still shows 9th.
Please help.
