This is to inform you that the Meesho has invalidly bocked my account even without informing or any kind of intimation for the same, further when I contacted the customer care executives from the company they are just saying that you have more returns and due to this your account is now blocked permanently. Further, the company's customer care executives are even more reluctant for assisting customers by neither escalating the issue nor providing customer with a solution they are just wasting time. Further point to note that the return facility is provided by the e-commerce companies for the benefit of the customer to avail return facility in case there is any problem with the product delivered, any defective or different product delivered, and this should not be a reason for blocking of account and if yes it can be so the customer should be given a reasonable opportunity of being heard or at least intimated for the cause and should be given time at least to have its data deleted from the Meesho portal and systems like banking details, its address and other details taken by the company as part of login requirements.
