Meesho — Account flagged and refund from product which was the companies mistake not received

Meesho has flagged my account with intimation a broken product is send by them and i cannot return it because my account is not opening and they send me a product which was not order by me and the refund of which was promised to me but I didn’t receive the refund as well and the customer service executive has no answers to any of this.
