[Resolved] Meesho — Amount deducted but the order not placed

I have ordered few products on Meesho on 30th April 2023. During payment, the amount of Rs 998 got deducted from my card and the order is not placed on Meesho. Also order information is not reflecting in the Meesho account

I need the refund of the amount deducted.

I contacted the customer support but they didn't resolve my issue.

Please check and help me get the refund.

Hi how did you get a refund they said they will refund via ipay app or sbi app in which u choose cashless transactions and then authorize transaction from your side. I donot understand why they can give refund via the same way u paid or give u a meesho voucher. It was very confusing. I dont want to risk my money for mere 500rs. Plz tell how was rest o[censored]r experience
