On 12.02.2022 I have placed an order online in meesho app which was designer plants with pots free size, vide purchase order number [protected], which I received on 15.02.2022 and on the same date I have selected the return option as the size was small and the quality was also not good. The return was accepted by the meesho and I was informed that within 24 hours AWB number would be shared.
Following, on 16.02.2022 one delivery executive called me on behalf of meesho and very rudely told me to come with the return item where he is standing, to which I told him that this is a home pickup, so you should come down to my home and I cannot come to your location to which he very rudely stated that he will not pick up the item and will make sure that no one picks up the return item from my home.
I immediately called meesho customer care and informed them regarding the same to which they have stated that that delivery boy has not closed the return pickup and until and unless he closes that window till that nothing can be done by the meesho team. I was/ am regularly in touch with the meesho team as I am regularly doing the follow-up with meesho, then I have been informed by the meesho team to email them, when I emailed them the entire incident, then to the utter surprise I received a childish reply by the meesho team saying that the reason the delivery boy has not picked up the item because I asked him to refund my money first and then I will give him the return item, even a lay man knows about how return works, that how the product is picked up first and once it is received by the meesho team/ seller then only the refund gets initiated. I was shocked that how these meesho people can believe this fake concocted story and for a second if we believe this fake story then also why it is the customer who has called the meesho customer care at the same time when the delivery executive has misbehaved and why is that delivery executive has not closed the return window till date. Only meesho can believe this fake concocted story and no one else. Now, I think that meesho is having hand in glove with its delivery people, and is only here to cheat and extort money from the innocent clients, else why can’t it take action against its delivery executive.
It is one of the worst unprofessional shopping app ever exists, with the only intentions to cheat its customers. I am left with no other option except to seek help here. Was this information helpful? |
