Meesho.com — Some one ordered to my address/mobile number without my concern

I received order notifications and courier calls from Meesho, But I never ordered any products from Meesho. This is really irritating me. I already called the customer care of Meesho, they said "We don't have the required data in our database to fix your issue" - I wonder then how the order history is maintained in their system?

Kindly solve my issue.
