My Name is Shalini Sharma. I have't received my refund since 2 month. below are the details.

As per Meesho, the refund is already processed on 6 dec however i haven't received same. They are sending same email to me everday asking for ban statement and i have sent same more than 10 times but no resolution is there from there end.
