[Resolved]  Meesho — Damaged product

I received a damaged product twice, first got it exchanged and second one didn't.
The moment i recived a product and open infront of delivery boy and didn't accept it, delivery advised to raise a complaint and will come and pick once the issue is raised to the Meesho help care .
I did it on the same day ie, on 31.
I call them back 4th and 6th they told me I need to be a little patience.
Today, on aug 8, when I call them back, the customer support team told me that the matter has been already escalated and the team is initiating the refund.
Now i get an email stating that they can't refund because I have cross the 7 days replacement policy.
