Few weeks back i ordered a bottle from meesho, but the product I recieved was damaged. So I exchanged the product, but the exchanged product which i recieved too was a defective piece. So, on the same day that I recieved my product, I called for meesho helpline and conveyed my problem. But the helper told me to try again. But it didn't happen
So after that too I called many time but they said that the time for complaint has crossed 7 days so I should have informed later. But I did inform them on 8th itself. I called many times but no one could help and didn't even register my complaint and told me that they did. I want my refund back!! I have the call recordings too. Was this information helpful? |
