Meesho — Defective Order and not getting refund and return

Dear Meesho,

We have received a wrong order and seller is not picking up the call.they have collected from us Rs 2428 and sent rough clothing which was not our order at all.

This is just ridiculous.

This was our second order.

Even we are not receiving a call back from Meesho app.

Kindly resolve our issue asap and take back that clothes and make OUR REFUND OF RS 2428.
