Meesho — Defective Product Received

Incident Details:-

I ordered the Night Suit for Baby girl on 12.07.2023 at payment online mode .Product received at 18.07.2023 and when we open the packing, found defective product as per attached below image .Then, I raised the return request but they did not pick the request and did not process the Return request .Kindly processed the request as soon as possible .
