Meesho — Delivered less quantity than ordered and full amount of refund is not received

Sir on January 7th i ordered 2 quantity of carpet and I paid for the 2.They send Me only one product and I return the product.Then refund of that one product is received and didn't receive the balance amount.The meesho customer care didn't solve my problem I want my money back please help me..
