I ordered a (full side tower pant 4) (Order ID[protected] for my son on 30th June 2023. And found that Size is too small for him. I ordered for 6-7 years old child and I got it delivered for 3–4-year kid size which was too small. I raised an exchange request for the item and again I got the same size 3-4 years. Whereas I ordered for 6-7 years old child. Now Meesho is not allowing me to exchange the product stating that you cannot request for further exchange and also, they are rejecting my refund request multiple times. I am selecting the reason as wrong size delivered. Their customer care representatives are not supportive at all and just saying we cannot return it as per company policy. Whenever I re- connect with them, they just keep my call on hold and later it gets disconnected. I do not understand what is company policy of Meesho here, do they want us to accept wrong sized products forcefully. This is really a pathetic demonstration of customer service. Kindly look into the issue and help me with the refund as soon as possible.

Last week I have ordered an item from Meesho.
I would like to exchange the product as it does not fit the size. But the same item is not showing in "My Orders" list for exchanging. I have done cash on delivery today (19th July). The details have been attached and shared over [protected]@meesho.com.
I request to guide me how to exchange the product and deliver it on or before 21st July.
