I ordered a product for my brother for the occasion of Rakshabandhan. The product is Heron Wills Genuine Leather Men accessories rakhi gift combo. I paid online of Rs. 481. The order was placed on 25th July 2022, sub order id[protected]_1. On 31st July 2022 I received a message about the delivery and called my brother to check whether he liked it or not but to my surprise, I was informed that the product was not delivered and he didn’t receive any call regarding the delivery. I raised a complaint by calling the customer care service and they informed me to wait for 4-5 days. My ticket ID : 39937890. I received an email after 3 days stating that the delivery partner has taken a signature during the delivery but the same was not shared with me. I have no clue how this issue will be solved and why didn’t the delivery partner ask for the OTP during delivery? There is no specification about the OTP at all. This is fraudulent.
