Meesho — Faulty Product Received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I ordered a bubble toy gun from meesho. I received this product at 31st July but I received a faulty product as it is not working. I've initiated a exchange request on same day. But now company is saying that "pickup address is not serviceable by our courier partner". When company can deliver product that why can not be picked up. So I request you kindly look into this. I will be very thankful to you.
