Meesho — Garbage item delivered by Meesho and now they not refunding or pick up the item

I ordered an yellow khadi saree priced Rs 2069 from Meesho (order I'd :[protected]_1). Instead they delivered a garbage item - a torn jeans pant on 23rd June 2023. I raised multiple return request but they are not picking the product up as well as not refunding the amount.
The customer care directly said they can't help.
