Meesho — Given wrong products-junk product

I had placed the order for Kurtis amounted Rs.401/-.
But they had given me wrong products that too its junk products .
We had initiated the return and refund on the same day 04.07.2022.
But till now they had not collected the product and not Refunded our amount.
Cheating the customers by giving wrong and used torn product.

Please take necessary action and make them to Refund our amount back
We had enclosed the photos, order details, and also Return details
