[Resolved]  Meesho — I got different product

I have place an order on 13th march 2023, order id[protected] of lucknowi chikankari women hand work fancy gala buti kurti.The product was delivered on 18th March. I got different colour kurti. I have placed a return request on 18th march itself but the pickup boy cancelled the return because of QC. I called the customer support multiple times regarding this matter but they are not helping me and my return was cancelled. Now it is showing that I cannot place the return request any more. I want my refund as I have got wrong product. Please check into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
