Meesho — I have ordered 3 sarees and it is showing delivered on 19 December on meesho app but it is not delivered .

I have registered complain on 20th December telling the customer care that the product is not delivered to me but it showing delivered on meesho aap. From 21 days I am continously calling meesho but they are just not solving my problem. When I talk to there senior they say give me another 48 hours. Sometimes I get mail that I have registered my complain after 48 hours. I have told 100 times to them that I have registered my complain within 24 hrs . Every time I call them they make excuses.
