We ordered 6 unit of curtains worth rs 2136/- on 15 december 2021. We received a package on 21 december 2021 and rs 2136/- was paid to the delivery agent.

On opening the package, we realised that they have sent us only 1 unit. We contacted customer care and initiated return. But Meesho sent us the refund of only Rs 356 (price of 1 unit only). We have contacted Meesho customer care almost 20 times after that. Each time they say that the issue will be resolved. They even asked for bank statement as proof that we have not received the full amount and we immediately sent it to them. But we have not yet received the full refund.
I called again today and to register a complaint. This time they mentioned that they refunded the amount 1 unit as only 1 unit was received as per weighting at their warehouse. Now, how are we supposed to return the entire 6 unit when we received only 1. Had Meesho not checked what they have sent us at the first place? Did they not weight the parcel, or count the number while sending?
Meesho customer care gave gave us a new complant number[protected]. But there is no link in their app to track complaint status.
Such a fraud company is robbing people of their hard earned money. Kindly look into the matter..
