I have ordered a product from meesho via seller mango clothing llp on 2nd oct', which got delivered on 9th oct'23 . A completely different product (yellow old kurti) was delivered and I immediately raised for a exchange and also raise the concern via the helpline number. Then yesterday i.e. 16th oct'23 I was again delivered an incorrect product (a smelly old pant) . Post delivering i immediately again shared the feedback and started calling the helpline customer service executives but almost each and every one left the call on hold or disconnect in the name of transferring the call to their senior. At the end of midnight I took support of the chat helpline and the executive "arshdeep Singh" informed that no money will be refunded and no return/exchange will also happen.
I'm highly dissatisfied with the service. In fact I emailed the customer service of meesho [protected]@meeshodesk.freshdesk.com but haven't received any response.
