Product was delivered to the customer but status updated as shipment cancelled return to supplier this has happened twice with the same customer one was on 2nd sep the order ID is[protected] and other happened today order ID is[protected]. Meesho guys did not solve the query for 2nd sep as customer do not have the invoice packing it is not customer fault as the Shadowfax is doing this intentially.
Customer informed last time n today there were 2 delivery agent who were rude n unprofessional.
I would like to take action against meesho n Shadowfax both. Was this information helpful? |
